Investor from California
I've owned a property before, and own some land. But now I am looking to start investing in income rental properties. I'm targeting Salt Lake City and Southern California mainly due to proximity and personal interests. However I'm open to other hi-ROI areas.
Appreciate any advice, esp on SLC - if people have a view or contacts I could use some.

Doug, as you may know SLC, has a lot going for it! I am a out of state investor as well. And always enjoy my trips to SLC. Great four seasons, with plenty to do for folks that enjoy the outdoors. As a state UT is business friendly and geography is in favor of SLC. Not much around it, in any direction. It is a growing city that is very affordable and great place to invest. SFH, can be found for reasonable prices, low property tax, insurance and are in demand as rentals.
Best of luck,
Martin
