About Me...

Hi All!

I am an aspiring entrepreneur in real estate. I will say early on here I believe my two short comings are I need to network more often and get my first deal accomplished. I am doing the research and driving for dollars until I find a single family house or a six to sixteen multi-family investment which is a brick structure. In my first deal I plan to use private/hard money as the financing vehicle. Personally, I am open to deals to opportunities in: Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia. I realize that is a long list and huge area because I am looking for the opportunity in a long term (rental) investment that can be driven to in under a day drive. I realize there are many things that can be narrowed down here as I can I will update periodically...I am very open to recommendations also. Ideally, Richmond, VA is the most likely location for a first investment. If you are an investor with a very busy schedule in long term rental real estate or investment funding industry and need help I do not have a college degree yet on the upside I know how to think and work. If you are a Virginia investor already: let's connect! -John
