Ryan Battista so good to hear of your success. Charlotte is booming but at the same time a little over saturated. Like the guy above me in this thread, gaston county would be a great market to tackle too!! Lots of potential, quiet neighborhoods, and good schools. Always looking to connect with wholesalers/realtors as I am a flipper in the Charlotte/Gastonia areas. Add me to your list!
Good luck Chad Baird ! Charlotte is full of potential!! Michael Bowman please Pm me. Interested in making a connection. Currently seeking an agent, and attorney.
Good morning Oleg M. !! I am currently working with a contractor in the Charlotte area doing flips. I am awaiting confirmation on my first flip but would love to extend his contact info to you for reference! He is from Massachusetts and has been back and forward to Charlotte for many years. PM me for his info if interested. Great guy, and very reliable, take my word for it! Looking forward to hearing of your success!

David Seroy thanks for your response. I've been listening too much to my "inner voice" with doubt but I know that I will be successful. My next step is getting my LLC before the end of the month. I havent really jumped in yet because i have little skin to put into the game. I will be using my dad as my contractor which is why I feel extremely confident, since I have helped him with design my whole life. When I'm getting my ducks in a row to present to a lender, what do they(you) want. Like a spreadsheet, written proposal...

Bryan A. Thanks so much! I actually have been to a local REIA meetup amongst other subgroups meetups over the last few months. But lets talk about those killer deals... who, if anyone, should I link up with? A real estate agent? Wholesaler? Broker? Look at foreclosures? I've been getting mixed feedback..

Andrew Michael thanks so much for your reply. My first step is my LLC and hopefully I'll have that by the end of the month! Hope to cross paths!

Daniel Ramirez when doing your estimates/analysis, did you use any "program" in particular?

Good morning, REPOSTING AGAIN SINCE THE FIRST TIME WASNT MUCH OF A HIT. WANTING TO HEAR FROM OTHER FLIPPERS!!! So I want to hear it from the Pros. As an aspiring flipper I have been asking people that are pretty much in my same position any advice or resources that they have been able to use this far. A lot of them say that lenders do not want to lend to anybody without an LLC, but then again I've heard others say that that's not so much true. What I want to know is this: Lenders, what exactly do you want from "me" as a potential borrower for a fix and flip? Other flippers, what exactly did you get or need in order to start flipping? Did you need any special licenses? Did you need any proof of funds? Did you need to have your contractors lined up? Many of these questions I have researched and answer for myself but I just want to doublecheck before I really dive headfirst into this market! I'm so thankful for the many networking meet ups that I have been able to attend which have answered some questions but still have others that need more clarification. In the Charlotte, Belmont, Gastonia, Mount Holly, Huntersville, Mecklenburg, Gaston county, North Carolina areas! Thanks so much!
