Hello All,

I’m David I moved to Raleigh a little over 2 years ago from Texas. I have been interested in real estate investing for quite a while. I was under the impression I needed a considerable chunk of change to start, until I stumbled across a book by BP recently. That’s how I made it here.

I have a small amount of knowledge in real estate investing but I'm reading and researching on a regular. I’m currently learning about short sales and foreclosures and general real estate investing. I am very interested in meeting up and getting to know like-minded people in the area to share knowledge as well friendship.
