Hello all,

I currently work in an escalated position alongside New Jersey and the Clean Energy industry.  I am looking to be the best I can be at something so I picked the real estate industry.  I am eager to learn and I have been listening to pod casts so I decided to get to the next step and sign up to pick the brains of the pros!  Hope I can learn the most here at Bigger Pockets and possibly even more!  Thank you in advance.

Welcome @Yashar E.! Real estate investing to me is a personal journey. Different parts of it appeal to different people. Listening to the podcasts has been a phenomenal way for me to find what jumps out at me. Reading a variety of both real estate and business books has likewise done the same. You may find you have an "unfair advantage" which you find an interest in utilizing such as a friend or relative with some sort of interest or connection in real estate or you might find a desire to do something way outside of your comfort zone. There are tons of potentialities and opportunities in real estate. Discover what attracts you and don't be afraid to dive in!
