I am a Realtor with First Team in Orange County, and my family has invested in four single family rental properties in Orange County.  Additionally, we have participated in two luxury flips, one in Ladera Ranch, CA on one in Fairfield Beach, CT.  I am intrigued about all aspects of real estate investing, and look forward to learning from the community here at BiggerPockets.
