Hello to all! My name is Jamie. I live in Illinois and my partner and I just recently had a change of career and decided to finally get into real estate. We have been reading and trying to take in all of the information there is to know about real estate and we just recently established an LLC. We are both very motivated people and we want to make real estate investing a success. I am hoping by joining blogs such as this one we can learn lots. Our business plan coinsists of hopping on foreclosures, preforeclosures, short sales, etc. fixing them up and flipping and once we get some money behind us we will sit on properties. The only problem we seem to be running into is finding the investors to sell to. If anyone can help me out here or if you live in the chicagland area and can give me any useful information I would really appreciate it. Thanks so much.
