My name is Mark Richardson and I have embarked on a real estate investing journey. I am interested in learning from others on mistakes, successes and lending ideas instead of using all of my savings. While I have bought many houses that has been strictly for moving with my job and I wish I would have kept each house along the way. Any input is greatly appreciate or suggested forums, seminars books etc. thank you in advance.
