BP newbie from Warner Robins Georgia

my name is Zack Wallace and i live in Warner Robins GA.  I currently own 1 rental property that I have managed for the past 3 years.  I ran across BP after doing a search for buy and hold investment strategies and I can't believe the wealth of knowledge this site host.  I am excited to continue to tap into this awesome resource that will fuel my goal to acquire additional buy and hold investments

Welcome Zack! You have stumbled upon the holy grail for real estate investing. I too invest in Middle Georgia and found BP just like you. Some things I would encourage you to do are:
-Attend the local REIA. The website is http://www.meetup.com/Macon-REIA/. There's two meetings, one in Macon and one in Warner Robins.
-Listen to the podcasts if you're not currently.
-Be active in the BP community.
