@Chapman Walsh he’s in Macon. I’d suggest trying to connect with another investor or wholesaler in the area.

@Regina Smith I’m an investor and also run a small renovation company that deals with investors a lot. Where is the property located and what all work needs to be done?

@Curt Smith please don’t compare Macon and Warner Robins. That’s like apples and bowling balls.

Bibb County (Macon) is depressed, runs a deficit every year, the schools are terrible, and is only focusing on revitalizing the downtown area.

Houston County (Warner Robins) is thriving running a surplus every year, has a growing population and high end jobs, amazing schools throughout the county, and is constantly developing infrastructure to keep up with the growth. There’s new businesses coming in regularly and appreciation is solid, but not overwhelming.

@Shannon Smith definitely not Robins 😂 Getting a loan from them is more of a pain than any other lender I’ve dealt with. American Pride, SunMark, Morris, Planters First, etc.

@Diana T. Macon has good deals and good returns, you just have to pay close attention to the area, neighborhood, and having the correct systems in place to manage the investment.
