Welcome to the BP community! Not sure if you've read through The Ultimate Beginner's Guide to Wholesaling, but it'd be good to if you haven't. Also to look a bit on the blogs and forums to catch what are some of the missteps made by wholesalers and how they can rub people the wrong way. Not to scare you but just to keep you away from some of the junk out there. All the best!
