Hello. My name is Andy and I live between Dawsonville and Dahlonega. I am currently not an active investor but am actively learning about the process. Buy and hold , cash flowing SFHs is my likely first focus. I want to keep my job in the medical field and invest in RE on the side. I hope to get started sometime in the next year or so.
