Can anyone point to the biggerpockets live podcast Paul Moore is referring to when he describes a calculation of turning 100k into several millions in 30 yrs. a specific podcast and time during the podcast would be helpful. I have been searching and have not found it yet. I have only found podcasts where he referred to it.

Can someone recommend a 'fee based' financial planner that could advise in strategy with real estate investing? We live about an hour north of Atlanta and we would prefer someone reasonably close.  My primary first focus will be buy and hold SFHs.

Hello. My name is Andy and I live between Dawsonville and Dahlonega. I am currently not an active investor but am actively learning about the process. Buy and hold , cash flowing SFHs is my likely first focus. I want to keep my job in the medical field and invest in RE on the side. I hope to get started sometime in the next year or so.
