New Member from Los Angeles

Hello, I'm completely new to the field (no experience) and am interested in learning as much as I can. I'm currently working in education in Los Angeles and am interested in both fix-and-flip properties as well as buy-and-hold rentals. I recently attended my first REIA meeting as a guest (South LA) and it seems like the more I learn, the more I realize how little I know. Regardless, I'm optimistic about it all and hope to get some great use out of this forum.

Hi @Miguel DelaPena Welcome to BP! Great job attending a REIA meeting. There are several around the Los Angeles Area. Try a couple others as well to network with more individuals. Have you been listening to the BP podcasts. You can learn a lot from those while driving in the car or sitting on a plane. Let me know if I can be of any help!
