Hello Everyone from the Best state for BBQ in the world! I am new to BP but not the podcast that is posted here all the time. I am currently looking for the 20% down needed for I have funding for 80 LTV of the ARV and would like to do long term buy/hold cash flow cow properties. Now I went to an REI meet up group just this past Thursday and I do need to get back with one connection there to see if he has anything also I would like to find a good rental in Burlington Nc that is turn key to take to my lender for possible funding to see if he wants to fund it for it would look better to bring something rather than go to the table with nothing and hoping he would fund some deals... also would like to learn more on it if anyone has any tips that would be great. thanks

P.s I am also looking to connect with any sellers, buyers, lenders, etc... that might help make us all money would be appreciated.
