Hi, I am looking to find any and all network events/meetings in/around Wood county WV or even (Need i say) across the river in Washington County Ohio. IS THERE ANYTHING OUT THERE? Ive stumbled across a couple but havent seen any actual activity as of lately from either the Mid ohio valley crew, or the Ohio rei crew.

Thanks i just moved back to the area after finishing up college studys in nc. and looking to reconnect with other investors/REI people in the area.

Actually I heard of a way that You CAN use it to fund the purchase outright then with money from the HML still left you would make his/hers payments with that money along with any expenses that arise, (None out of your own pocket) for the Flip period and once rented out for the first 30 days (if that) You could take it to a bank to refi and pay off the HML so you can get that lower interest over the HOLD period... Typically with a bank you would do an "Investor Special" aka HELOC to pay off the mortgage in 5-7 years maybe a little more, or a little less??? depends on the deal and the person

Hi, I am looking at a vacant property here in Nc and wondering if anyone would have a person of contact or know where to go in regards to a property that has been foreclosed on by Caliber (behind the scenes its really HSBC) with an LSF9 Trust (By what i read is all "Paper Fiction Novel"). The property has been taken back under "US Bank NA Trustees" which i looked up and it was by a local attorney here but they have no further knowledge other than the file is closed in they're firm.

And before someone post, i already know about HSBC and they're not so legal doings...

If you have anything that is Unlisted let me know please via if its listed my investors have a brokers license and already know about it.

WE ARE SERIOUS! We are NOT "Tire Kickers"!

My investors have done over 200 deals last year alone!

Get a good licensed contractor to be on your team for plumbing, electrical, hvac... that can also walk the house with you... Some good questions could be about updates to the house, hows the electrical, plumbing, whens the last time it was updated? If you have any construction or home remodeling experience that will definitely help....

As I'm just starting out part time, would it be wise to start a company first and get biz cards, etc or does that come later. I've listened to a number of BP podcasts, read some books and I'm trying to gain as much knowledge as possible, but I don't want to simply sit on the sidelines...waiting to  decide when to jump in.  Thoughts?? Suggestions.

Your in Nc to... there is some rei groups around, pm me for further details
