Detroit newbie

Hello everyone. I just recently moved to Detroit and I'm a Realtor in the Detroit metro area and all the surrounding cities. I was hoping to find a mentor to guide me through investing and flipping houses. I'm currently reading the book on flipping houses, but it would be nice to have a mentor so I can understand the true ups and downs of investing. I'm ready to get this ball rolling so If you know of any good mentors please send them my way. Thank you.
