Hi there guys

I am a real estate agent working in the Los Angeles area. I have been a long time listener of the podcasts, and currently work with an investment group rehabbing distressed properties across Los Angeles. My main aims of using Bigger Pockets are:

- to learn more about real estate investing
- to build relationships with other agents and investors
- to find wholesale deals
- to post the occasional wholesale deal
