Hi guys

Wondering if anyone has any recommendations for good lenders who will fund a high-end prefab home construction in Joshua Tree etc. My friend has the land but is finding the lenders rates and terms are not that favorable.

Cheers!

@Will Barnard how do we start an LA blacklist? Can it be done here in a forum or...? CVI, LLC with principals Amir Suleman and Andrew Riad will be my first addition.

Hi Paul, I would be interested to hear your experience with Amir and Andrew? They popped onto my radar at a house recently.

Hi guys

I have a plot of land outside of Palm Springs I am looking to develop. I have some cash, but not enough to cover the project. Does anyone have any good recs for companies who provide construction loans? What typical rates and terms am I looking at?

Thanks

Thanks for the reply Seth. This was Desert Water (the local water company) that quoted that. The main line is in the street and just a 1 inch line needs to be run to the house (which will be circa 30-40ft from the supply). I have the contractor to do all the necessary digging etc. but the water company are indicating this is their cost

Hi Guys

I am in the process of developing some land just outside of Palm Springs. I have spoken with the water company in the area and they have told me it will cost $17,000 to hook us up to the supply (which is already on the street). This seems absurd given there is already a supply in the area.

Anyone with experience that can guide on a normal price range?

Cheers

Hi guys

I am looking for advice on finding a draftsman. I have purchased a lot of land just outside of Palm Springs (Riverside County) and am looking to develop it with a single family residence (circa 1400sqft 3bd2ba). Looking for someone affordable, but would also like an idea of what i can expect to pay for one. (I understand the engineering is an additional cost).

Thanks!

Hi Guys

I am currently looking to find some properties with investors in the LA area, and the MLS seems pretty thin on the ground at the moment (this is where we sourced most of our deals when I worked with my previous broker).

Does anyone know where I can find a cheap list of the upcoming probate sales in LA? I know there is a website called Probate Junkie, but it is pretty expensive!

Thanks
