Hi guys and gals! I've been a lurker on this site for years on and off but the time has come for me to take Real Estate Investing seriously. I am looking into wholesaling in South Florida and possibly beyond and I would humbly accept any mentors that know the area that would love to take on an ambitious apprentice. Mentorship has incredible value and i am ready to pay for that value in any way I can. This site is such an incredible resource and i am looking forward to learning all i can here.
