My name is Kris and I am new to this site. I live in northern Virginia near Dulles airport. I am looking at getting into buy and hold real estate investing to provide rental income. My goal is to free up more of my time through passive income and build wealth over time by owning multiple properties. I am eager to learn all that I can from the other members here.
