To answer Randy from MD...yes you pay school and municipal taxes but not sure how it works with out of state investors.

I've joined several groups: DIG, REIA and have attended several local meetings through Meetup. I find these meetings very helpful and great for networking.

Hi. I'm researching hard money lenders. Is there a lender out there that lends in PA and allows payback of the interest, principal and points after the sale of my flip?

Hello!  I'm excited to join this group!  I'm Karen and have always had a passion for houses! I left the corporate recruiting world after 15 years and have never been happier!

 I've had my license for 3 years and work for a fabulous team at Keller Williams as an executive assistant. I am looking to start a fix and flip business in the lower Bucks County or Northeast Philly areas. I welcome any tips from anyone new or of course experienced. I found a few good deals and now working on finances and looking to interview contractors.
