Hey BP!

I have been lurking and learning as much as possible for the past year and a half. After a lengthy contract, we are (finally!) closing on the sale of our home this month. I am wanting to make my first purchase in 1 or 2 rental properties (SFH or small multi fam) in the Wichita and Hutchinson areas asap. I would love to connect with property managers, turnkey, and agents in the area!
