Hi Naomi Berrios ! I was there a few months ago. When it comes down to it after all strategies we got ,with financial backup can't move forward. If you can't find private lenders or even if you find one its going to be hard to keep it because we haven't done any deals yet. I fallow almost everyone in the market today and the best I find is Josh Cantwell freedom lending. He is expensive but he is willing to work with newbies .Its a $1K lifetime refundable gives you access to 500k per property and proof of funds for wholesaling. Check him out,he also give out 10 bonus classes and ton of good info.

Thank you for responding! Yes I have to be hungry now because I'm gonna be working nights in the next 6 months and that opens up a lot more time for my real estate business! I love to read yet not much time for it. I'm gonna use Josh C's Couching program for this period and see where it's gonna take me yet I already built a small power team in my market. A lots of information out there including BP I just need someone break it down,personalize and create a system and help me walk through it. I have avoid mistakes as much as possible for this period b/c can really make a difference in my future.
