Hi,

About 10 years back I used to co-own 6 units in Buffalo before selling to move to Rochester, NY. 

Been focusing on work and now looking to get back into real estate to diversify. Came to BP via podcast and looking to fully learn ho to acquire property properly before getting back in (wasn't the smartest back in the day). Not sure what yet, but hope to get a plan together here soon.
