New At Wholesaling In Miami Dade and Broward!

Hi, I'm a newbie in BP and just getting started in wholesaling, I had started a few months ago with tax deed sales with the backing of an investor, but wanted to expand my search for deals that involve little to no money down so that I could have more options. I am also interested in learning how to raise money for deals to rehab and flip, and in the near future to start and grow a multi-family portfolio. From reading and talking to other people, I figured wholesaling would be the quickest way to transition from my barbering career to a full time investor (and maybe still cut my friends hairs as a hobby lol). I'm looking forward to learn and connect with you all. I also look forward to posting about my future experiences, good and bad, for others to read. I appreciate in advance anyone who would like to reach out and connect with me!

Thanks!

Joan.
