Oklahoma City Investor That Lives in the Rocky Mountains

Hi! I am Michael Frow, a multi-family investor in Oklahoma City which is where I am originally from. I currently live in Glenwood Springs for my career and I am a tenant in a lease house.

I have previously purchased and remodeled a 4-plex in Oklahoma City and I am currently looking for more multi-family deals in that area.

Welcome to BP Michael!  I am a broker/investor/spec builder here in Glenwood Springs.  Looking for deals back in OKC makes sense, as you know its really challenging to find deals that cash flow around here.  That being said, I've acquired 13 rental properties in Glenwood this year and they all make a lot of sense, so don't write it off completely.  There are deals that come up in this valley, you just have to be ready to jump as soon, or before, they go on the market.  Good luck to you!
