hello,

I am a full time super mom who needs to feel some sort of accomplishment outside of motherhood. I have been DRAWN into real estate investing. I'm not sure how, but lately I can't put down books about it, on my runs or while doing chores I am listening to podcasts.

My husband and my goal is to flip homes in Texas (about an hour north of Dallas) and try to beautify my husbands home town. We plan on moving back when he retires in 2-3 years from the navy.

Of course I have fears about this opportunity, but the more I read and listen to podcasts the more my fears fade away. I am extremely excited about this new journey in our lives. I am just trying to sort my way through it and figure out what I need to do first.

Tomorrow I have a meeting with a broker (the one who's agent sold is our home we currently live in) to go over things and see which way I need to go. I have questions, I hope they are the right ones.

Anyways, that's where I am with real estate investing so far. It's a dream I want to make come true.

Thanks for taking your time to read this.
