Hey ya'll. I've been an avid listener of BP podcast. I've been learning something new everyday and what I learned today was that posting to bigger pockets would be a great first step to investing in properties. Well here I am!! I'm a commercial real estate agent in downtown Los Angeles and I deal with primarily off-market properties. Mostly industrial and retail. I really want to be on the other side investing rather than brokering one day, which explains why I'm here today. I look forward to meeting new folks with the same interests in mind.
