Hi all,

I am Shatanand, new member to this amazing community. After a lot of study, if I circled on to the Buy and hold strategy. Trying to start with TurnKey real estate investing. If anybody know good cash flowing markets please let me know. Based on my research Indy (already Hot Market), Dayton seems to be great markets to start in.

Thank you,

Shatanand

Welcome to BP @Shatanand Desai. I'm new as well but have read a lot about KC, Indy, Texas, Baltimore, Tennessee to name a few. Not sure of any details for each market but those come up quite often. Good luck to you on your journey.
