I am looking to work with full service turnkey companies that could help me buy cash flow buy and hold properties in the Indianapolis and Dayton, OH area and help manage them as well. Does anyone know anybody out there that they could recommend. Could you share your experiences with them.

Hi all,

I am Shatanand, new member to this amazing community. After a lot of study, if I circled on to the Buy and hold strategy. Trying to start with TurnKey real estate investing. If anybody know good cash flowing markets please let me know. Based on my research Indy (already Hot Market), Dayton seems to be great markets to start in.
