Hello Carlton,

Welcome to BP. and I would like to invite you to go to Meetups on the internet and join our Olympia REI group. We meet on Aug. 25 at Dirty Dave's Pizza on Martin Way E.

Please write a description of what you are wanting to get into in your investing career.  Is it buy and hold, flipping or wholesale?  What are your goals? 

There is a ton of knowledge on BP so start reading some of the books that are listed here and start going to the REI meetings and you will do great.

Looking forward to meeting you on the 25th. I wish you all the luck in the world.
