I am new to Real Estate investing looking to get into doing wholesale deals in the Seattle area as I only have about 30k saved and don't feel this is enough to do any other kind of real estate investing. I attend local Meetups and study Youtube videos and Bigger Pockets podcasts in my spare time. I am ready to get my first deal under contract.
