Hi all, I'm new to the site. Was turned on to it after attending a Meetup here in Santa Clairita, by @AxelBuendia.

I've read many of the post, and topics, mostly about getting started in Real Estate. Then it dawn on me that I already have started, I'm a home owner. Conventional processes....but I'm in Real Estate.

So I now have an "asset"...what I do with it is what is going to matter. For the moment I get a massive tax benefit through interest payments, and property tax credits. I think that as an owner/occupant, the tax benefits is all I have going for me.

I know that there is more "options", I just don't know what they are, or, how it work. Thus I'm here like many others to learn, to see how to take full advantage of this asset that I hold.

Anyway enough, good seeing and hearing from you all...looking forward to more wisdom from all the experts.

Greg
