My name is Jeff, I'm a new member to BP and looking to connect with others to share and get new information to jump start my real estate investing career.  I have one rental property in Detroit, MI that I'm in the process of renovating. The property is in a D area; however, I got the property for a great deal.  This was a way to get in the business.  I have read Brandon Turner Investing in Rental Properties and, now I'm reading Investing  with low or (No Money) down.  I'm excited about as growing as a Real Estate Investor.

There are tons of people that invest in Detroit.  I am not one of them.  I want to deal with working professionals and not with people that sit on the porch at 10am on a work day. I have 32 in my area and manage 3 more for investors from Florida.
