Hi,

My name is Derek and I am new to BiggerPockets and have been really intrigued about real estate investing for years now. I just recently graduated from college and have a decent job as an auditor, but I really want to get into investing and eventually want to break away from a desk job. I am really just looking for someone to talk to and hopefully watch and learn what it takes to become an investor.
