I am wondering  if I will have enough to time to learn how to flip a house, raise the capital necessary to get started, and closing the deal before I move to North Carolina next October?

I am looking for someone in the Northeast Ohio/Cleveland area to basically walk me through the important steps in flipping a house. I want to get into flipping houses, but I don't have enough money to start. Although I have no money to start myself, I would love to follow in the footsteps of a professional investor willing to show me the ropes.

My name is Derek and I am new to BiggerPockets and have been really intrigued about real estate investing for years now. I just recently graduated from college and have a decent job as an auditor, but I really want to get into investing and eventually want to break away from a desk job. I am really just looking for someone to talk to and hopefully watch and learn what it takes to become an investor.
