Real Estate Agent and Investor from Seattle
Hi, my name is Eva Croasdale, and I wanted to introduce myself to the group! Me and my husband have been investing in Real Estate since 2008, and I am also a Realtor myself. We currently reside in Kenmore, Washington, but I have lived in Seattle for 30+ years and am really an urban girl at heart. I grew up in Ballard, lived on Capitol Hill during my 20s and we bought our first home in West Seattle. We have been doing the buy and hold strategy, but are also interested in flipping, and investing in short-term vacation rentals. I discovered Bigger Pockets by chatting with a fellow colleague of mine at RSVP Real Estate. As soon as I logged on to the site, I began devouring the content and have never looked back. I look forward to connecting with fellow investors in the Seattle area! So glad to know that this community and wealth of knowledge is here.
