Hello all,

My name is Melissa and my husband and I have a construction company on California's central coast in Monterey. I'm joining the forum to keep up to date with everything real estate-related and also to find and interact with others working the property preservation side of things. We have been working on REO properties for the last year and a half since the construction business took a nosedive here and I would love to hear from others who have done the same or answer any questions about it for those who are not familiar with that part of the business yet.
