Out of State investing in Indianapolis area

Hello BiggerPockets community,

My wife and I live in Oregon but are Indiana natives.  Given the favorable cost to rent ratio in Indianapolis compared to Portland, we are interested in investing in the Indianapolis area.  We plan on being buy and hold investors, and we are looking to build a team in Indianapolis.  Our goal is to buy at least 2 properties per year.  We will be in the Indianapolis area later this month and would like to set up some appointments with real estate agents, contractors, and property managers. Any recommendations or referrals for these roles, we would greatly appreciate.,

Thank you,

@Scott Steffek  Scott come on now.. NO ONE in todays market sells props for 55% of value.. if you are then you are simply puffing the apprasied value for newbies to get sucked into thinking they got a deal.

Market value is willing buyer willing seller.. Hedge funds are not dummy's they are not going to sell properties at 50% of LTV.. I simply do not beleive your post for one second.. sorry.
