Hi everyone, my name's Sawyer Pace and I'm a real estate investor in West Texas and am expanding to Nashville, TN. I've done 5 wholesale deals in the last five months and will complete my 3rd rehab in 6 months in September. This is my full time job and I'm looking to expand and grow my business any way I can. 

I have heard about biggerpockets for a while and decided to see what it's all about.
