Hello I'm Eric from Virginia beach have been a mechanic for many years and have recently had my ahhhh haaaa moment that I didn't want to do this line of work forever. I'm very interested in buying and holding aspect of investing or the brrr approach for the long term wealth. I have very little real estate knowledge and am looking forward to learning a lot.
