Hi Matt,

I've done the same strategy to aquire a few houses. Wish I focused in one place because it can be a pain in the rear! 

You might want to partner up with someone that's located in a city/town you plan on  permanently living in. Just a  suggestion.

I have a property in Silver Spring and one in Germantown. They both have done well as the DC area is crazy populated with renters.
