Hello Fellow BP Readers,

I am new to BP and I am interested in investing in SFH in the Rochester, NY area. I am looking to purchase my first SFH rental by December. Even though I am still a few months away from taking the plunge into real estate, I plan to learn as much as possible within the next couple months. I have been a member for about 1 day and feel as though I have already learned a lot from this site. Thanks and looking forward to learning much more!
