My name is Deshon Smith and I'm in the Taylor, Downriver area in Michigan.  I'm new to real estate, but I'm interested in wholesaling, buy and fix and buy and hold in my surrounding areas (Detroit, Taylor, Wayne, Romulus, Belleville, Dearborn).  I'm looking to learn here on BP as well as network with other local investors!

@Deshon Smith Great Welcome ! there is book on BP called " The book on investing in Real Estate with No Money Down" You should pick that up its a good read much success to you
