Hi all,

I am wanting to buy my first flip in the next couple of months. I've been listening to as many podcasts as I can, watching webinars, and reading books to educate myself. Very grateful for BP because it's helping me feel that my goals are attainable! I've been toying with the idea of flipping for many years and am ready to pull the trigger.
