Glad your on BP! So much helpful info. The podcasts are gold. Meetup.com has several local real estate groups. I was going to go to my first this past Tuesday, but kids were all exhausted. Looked like a good topic. Really loving that book you gave me!

Hi all,

I am wanting to buy my first flip in the next couple of months. I've been listening to as many podcasts as I can, watching webinars, and reading books to educate myself. Very grateful for BP because it's helping me feel that my goals are attainable! I've been toying with the idea of flipping for many years and am ready to pull the trigger.

Would love to connect a real estate agent in the area, as well as contractors!
