Hey Daniel, I did find some options (Chase for example was 50% of the value but had to have at least 200K in the brokerage account. 

I actually ended up using most of my brokerage account to purchase real estate or invest in syndications instead, so never pulled the trigger on a SBLOC

@Austin Palacios sadly not really. One of our tenants has been helping with small things and we’ve turned two of the units ourselves. Nothing super solid yet

@Geoff Delgrosso I’ve been in contact with another gentleman that loaned him money as well. Matt had dodging my emails for over a month; just responded the other day, but has gone MIA again since. I am now getting my attorney involved sadly.
