Hello Bigger Pockets community!

I am a new part time real estate investor in the greater Oklahoma City, Oklahoma market. I bought a home a few weeks ago, and currently having it remodeled and then it will be a cash flow rental property in the Midwest City area. I would like to continue to grow my rental property portfolio with smaller 2/1 or 3/1.5 type homes in the under 1100sqft range.  The brrrr method according to BP.

So far I have a wonderful real estate agent, a great GC and list of contractors, and a trusted property manager who is very active here on BP. A solid team - I am now just looking for the "right" deals and the continued learnings.

Excited to be here in BP...and looking forward to learning a ton.

@Terry Storch welcome to BP. I am also in Oklahoma City. A great place to find deals as well as wholesalers and a great place to network with other investors is at the OKC Deal Maker Sessions. You can find more info about it on Meetup.com. Let me know if I can help out in any way!
