Hey BP Forums! I'm looking forward to interacting with this awesome community and dive into RE Investing relatively soon. I'm pursing a RE Salesperson license (taking the courses currently) and I'm planning to team up with friends/family as an agent to understand the markets over here a bit better. After a few sales as an agent, I want to tentatively get involved in a multi-family rental property transaction and begin building some passive income right out of college. That could change as my interests and knowledge evolves, but overall eager to learn as much as possible!

Hey Ross welcome to BP! It's great that you're taking the salesperson exam and plan to invest later. Your plan sounds solid and it's definitely a great time to do both. There are a lot of steps along the way and the exam (and real estate in general) can be a bit tricky so if you ever have any questions/concerns, myself and all the other awesome BP members would be more than happy to help out!

Good luck Ross and hope to hear from you! :)
